At GlassVerde, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, we offer a straightforward return process in accordance with European consumer protection laws.
14-Day Return Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract and return your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you, received the goods.
To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unopened and unused.
- The product must be in its original packaging (including bubble wrap and internal protections).
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to shop@glassverde.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Prepare the Package: Pack the items securely. We recommend using the original shipping box and our 6-step safety packing method to ensure the glass does not break during transit.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to our return address provided below.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Additional Information
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Broken Items: If your item arrived damaged, please do not use the standard return process. Instead, contact us immediately at shop@glassverde.com with photos of the damage so we can send a replacement.
- Customized Goods: Please note that personalized or custom-made glass products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
