Every order goes through a rigorous preparation cycle before it leaves our facility:

Order Assembly
Our team carefully picks each item from your order from our warehouse. -
Quality Inspection
We conduct a thorough manual check of every piece to ensure there are no cracks, chips, or imperfections. -
Protective Wrapping
Each item is generously wrapped in high-quality bubble wrap to provide a thick layer of cushioning. -
Secure Boxing
The wrapped items are placed into a durable, shock-resistant outer shipping box designed to withstand transit. -
Safety Labeling
We seal the box with our branded security tape and apply highly visible "Fragile: Glass" stickers to alert carriers to handle the package with extreme care. -
Carrier Hand-off
The secured package is handed over to our trusted courier partners for delivery.

Order Processing
We know you are excited to receive your items. We strive to have all orders processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery Estimates
Specific delivery timelines depend on your location. You will see an estimated delivery window at the checkout once you have entered your shipping address.

Shipping Costs
Because shipping rates vary based on the weight of the glass and the destination, the exact shipping price is calculated in real-time and displayed in your shopping cart before you finalize your purchase.
Delivery & Tracking
All orders are sent via professional courier services to ensure reliable handling. Once your order has been handed over to the courier (Step 6), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.
Damaged Goods
Despite our 6-step safety process, accidents during transit can occasionally happen due to the nature of glass.
Please inspect your package upon arrival.
If you notice any damage to the box or the contents, please contact us immediately at shop@glassverde.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can resolve the issue for you promptly.
